IMEL is proud to have been chosen by ROSSI S.p.A. (HABASIT GROUP) to supply a new paint line for new generation gearboxes and motor-reducers.
With this new reference, Imel has solidified its position as a high-quality supplier in the industrial paint market on the Italian market.
Thanks to a meticulous engineering and coordination of activities, the start-up of the line was successfully achieved within the required time.
The plant is characterized by the flexibility of the painting cycles and for the accurate air conditioning of the rooms where the processes take place. Specifically, the plant allows for the single or double application of paints, both manual and automatic, and with or without intermediate drying.
It has also been conceived with great compactness, preserving the spaces with the usual design that characterizes Imel.
The “Green” aspect is an essential strength, as the plant is powered by LPG, self-produced electricity and only water-based paints are used.
The company’s expertise in accurate treatments in the top-of-the-range industry sector has been strengthened through this new collaboration with such a prestigious client.
